Do you offer returns?

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after recieving your products to request a return, as long as the products have not been used. Please get in touch if you would like to start a return process online@newlogic.co.nz

How much will delivery cost?

New Zealand: Free delivery on all orders over $70. Flat rate fee of $7 on orders under $70.

Australia: Free delivery on orders over $95 (NZD). Flat rate fee of $10 (NZD) for orders under $95 (NZD).

USA: Free delivery on orders over $200 (NZD). Flat rate fee of $30 (NZD) on orders under $200 (NZD).

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

New Zealand: 3– 5 business days

Australia: 10 business days

USA: 6 – 10 business days

Where is my order?

If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order, please use your tracking number as a reference or email our team at online@newlogic.co.nz

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. Please send an email to online@newlogic.co.nz and we will be able to let you know the status of your order.
